The roll copy positions dictate how the roll labels are produced.
If you are applying the labels by hand, then there is NO effect on your orders.
Because it is usually only important to specify an unwind direction when the labels are going to be machine-applied to end products. If you mess up on the roll position, you cannot use the machine apply to your containers, packages, and so on.
